returns
Please email risdstore@risd.edu to get pre-authorization for all returns and exchanges. Unauthorized returns will be returned back to customer at customer's expense.
There are no returns on worn or washed clothing. All items must be in same purchased condition, with tags.
Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Credit will be
issued in same form that payment was made. No credit is given for
shipping charges.

Shipping is based on the total of your order and is shipped only within the United States. Items are shipped using UPS, and a tracking number is sent to the email address provided.
