Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Can I use funds remaining on my risd:store account to make purchases online?

To use your RISD Store charge account online, you will have to call or email the store directly and make a special request. Only VC/MC and Discover cards are accepted on the store website.

2. What forms of payment will be accepted at the risd:store and at the risd:store 3d location?

Our retail stores will continue to accept Visa/MC, Discover, Apple Pay, RISDBucks, risd:store charges and cash as forms of payment.

3. Is the RISD Store open to the public?

As of Monday, August 31, 2020 the risd:store and the risd:store 3d will be open to students, staff, and faculty only. Until further notice, we will not be open to the public nor accepting orders over email for curb-side pick-up.

4. Can I buy art supplies (non-kit) and have those items shipped to my home address?

Yes, we will do our best to fulfill your art supply requests, dependent on product availability and requirements. Please email your desired order to [email protected] Someone will follow up.
