Your safety is paramount and our ultimate priority. So we’ve made some changes to our store. Check them out below.

*RISD stores will be open to students, faculty, and staff only until further notice.

Our new C.L.E.A.N. process

C.L.E.A.N. as in Convenient, Limited, Extensive cleaning, Academic excellence, and the New normal. We are working hard on creating a clean and enjoyable environment for you to shop.

What we’re doing in the store to protect you

 

Face Coverings

We ask that our staff & customers wear a face covering at all times to help protect yourself and others while in the store. We’ll have reminders throughout the store.

 

Social Distancing

The store will be clearly marked with signs so you can confidently move about the store safely. To cash out, you’ll be directed to the back of the store to one of our cashiers.

 

Limited Capacity

To start the year, we’re only open to students and faculty. We’ll also be using a queueing app to ensure the store is maintaining the appropriate number of customers and to keep wait time down.

All high touch areas will be wiped down on a regular basis and regular disinfection will happen.

Longer Return Timeframe

To reduce store traffic in the first few weeks of classes starting, we’ve extended our return window. Take your time to return any items you don’t need!

 

Course Bundled Supplies

Your professor may be participating in our course bundle program. Search for your course to find out. If they are, you’ll find all the supplies you need in one place, ready to buy. Your materials will be ready for in-store pick up or can be shipped directly to you. If your class doesn’t have a bundle, our expert staff can help you find what you need - in person or via Zoom.

Our mission is to enable your creative pursuits, so we always ensure we have true experts as our staff to help you find exactly what you need. No matter the time, you can expect to find expert artists on staff to help you succeed in the studio.

Supportive Staff

The staff in our store have a deep knowledge of the products that are used to support the work you’re actually doing in the studio. Staff experts will be on the floor answering questions.

Available Zoom Meetings

When you can’t make it into the store, we’ll have scheduled zoom times, so you can speak to staff face-to-face.

Tapping into our Community

We will leverage our wide variety of vendors to provide tutorials and samples of the latest materials and supplies available.

Stay up to date

Follow us on Instagram for the most up-to-date information and changes to the stores. Faculty and Techs will be able to make appointments with buyers to ensure that supplies needed for classes are available.
